Walk times are estimates based on an average adult walking pace from the listed entrance. Actual times vary with your gate, game day crowd flow, and street closures. Google Maps may choose a different gate or omit private indoor connections; follow the listed route notes and venue access rules for onsite hotels.
The Route 1 chain hotels north and south of campus are a 25 to 40 minute walk along an arterial and are not listed as walkable.

Across Route 1 and into campus
SECU Stadium is on the north side of the Maryland campus. From Baltimore Avenue the walk crosses at a signal and then stays on campus paths the rest of the way.
Note: The College Park Metro station is a mile from the gates — the campus shuttle covers that leg on game day.
