About WalkToStadium.com
Last updated: November 2026
WalkToStadium.com is an independent travel information site that helps fans and concertgoers find hotels they can reach directly from stadium and arena entrances — on foot, on a real pedestrian route. We started with a simple frustration: many hotels advertise themselves as "close to the stadium" when the only practical way to get there is a hotel shuttle, taxi, rideshare, or a car. This site exists to separate genuinely walkable options from the rest.
What we list — and what we don't
Our directory includes only stadiums and arenas with at least one confirmed walkable hotel. We list a hotel only when a visitor can realistically walk to it from an entrance people actually use, in roughly 15 minutes or less at NFL, MLB, NBA and MLS venues — and roughly 18 minutes or less at college stadiums. That means a continuous sidewalk, plaza, pedestrian bridge, or covered walkway — with no freeway crossing and no shuttle. If a hotel requires a shuttle, taxi, or rideshare, it is not included, no matter how close it looks on a map. Our editorial standards explain exactly how we verify each route.
How we research routes
For each venue we review official stadium and arena maps, team and venue pedestrian guidance, hotel location descriptions, street-level imagery, and fan reports. We look for documented routes, not just short straight-line distances. When construction or hotel changes affect a route, we update the listing.
Who we are
The site is independently operated. We are not a hotel, booking agency, team, league, or venue operator, and we are not owned or operated by Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, Hyatt, or any other hotel company. Brand names appear only to identify the properties described.
How the site is funded
WalkToStadium.com is free to use and supported by affiliate commissions. Some hotel and booking links may earn us a commission when a visitor clicks through and completes a qualifying stay, at no extra cost to the traveler. Commissions do not influence which hotels are listed or how they are described. Our affiliate disclosure has the full details.
Corrections and feedback
Walking routes, gate assignments, and hotel operations change. If you notice an out-of-date route or a hotel that no longer belongs on the site, please contact us. We review every message and update listings when the facts change.
