Nippert sits in a bowl in the middle of campus, so campus hotels win on both distance and grade. The hotels down the hill toward the Uptown medical district are separated by steep grades and the Martin Luther King Drive corridor.
Note: Bearcats games in November start cold and finish colder — the campus route has no wind shelter across the green.
