Walking directions
Walk times are estimates based on an average adult walking pace from the listed entrance. Actual times vary with your gate, game day crowd flow, and street closures. Google Maps may choose a different gate or omit private indoor connections; follow the listed route notes and venue access rules for onsite hotels.
Walking from your hotel to the gates
The Centennial Park side is the walkable side
Everything within range sits north and east of the stadium, between the Georgia World Congress Center and Centennial Olympic Park. Hotels south or west of the stadium are cut off by the Interstate 20 and Northside Drive ramps, which have no usable footway, so they are excluded even where the map distance looks similar.
Note: Andrew Young International Boulevard is the pedestrian spine on event days. Expect it to be shoulder-to-shoulder for 30 minutes after a Falcons game.
Frequently asked questions
Can you walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium from a downtown Atlanta hotel?
Yes, from the Centennial Olympic Park cluster. Hotel Phoenix and REVERB are about one to two minutes on Centennial Olympic Park Drive; the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is about 8 minutes from the north gates on continuous sidewalk with no highway crossing.
Which hotels near Mercedes-Benz Stadium are not walkable?
Properties south and west of the stadium sit behind the Interstate 20 and Northside Drive ramps with no pedestrian crossing, so they are excluded even though they appear close on a map.
Our walkable-only rule
Every hotel on this page has a continuous pedestrian route from a Mercedes-Benz Stadium entrance: sidewalk, plaza or covered walkway, with no freeway crossing and no shuttle. Anything beyond roughly a 15-minute walk, or separated by a highway, river or rail corridor with no crossing, is excluded — however close it looks on a map.
